📦 Orders & Processing

How long does order processing take?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday), excluding U.S. federal holidays.

Orders placed after 5:00 PM Pacific Time (PT) begin processing the next business day.

Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.


How will I know my order is confirmed?

After placing your order, you will receive an Order Confirmation email. If you do not receive confirmation, please check your spam folder or contact customer support.


Can I cancel my order?

Orders are processed promptly. If you need to request a cancellation, contact customer support immediately. Cancellation requests are reviewed before shipment but cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun.


🚚 Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?

We ship to physical addresses within the contiguous United States only.

We do not ship to:

  • Alaska

  • Hawaii

  • U.S. territories

  • International destinations


How long does delivery take?

Estimated transit times after shipment:

  • Western U.S.: 5–8 business days

  • Central & Eastern U.S.: 3–5 business days

Total estimated delivery timeframe: 4–10 business days, depending on location.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays or other operational factors.


Do you offer expedited shipping?

United States Stores LLC does not offer guaranteed overnight or 2-day delivery services at this time.


How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with tracking information.

Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to activate.


🔄 Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify:

  • Item must be unused and unopened

  • Item must be in original packaging

  • Item must not be marked as final sale

  • Certain hygiene-sensitive items are not eligible once opened

Return authorization is required before sending any item back.


How long does a refund take?

After the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing typically requires 5–10 business days

  • Financial institutions may require additional posting time

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

Contact customer support within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of:

  • The product

  • The packaging

  • Any visible damage

We will review and resolve the issue promptly.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. We use secure checkout technology and encrypted payment processing through established payment providers. United States Stores LLC does not store full credit card numbers on our servers.
