United States Stores LLC (“US Stores,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is a U.S.-registered online retail company serving customers within the contiguous United States. The following shipping terms apply to purchases made through www.usstores.us.


1. Business Hours

Customer Support & Order Processing Hours:
Monday – Friday
9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pacific Time (PT)
Closed weekends and U.S. federal holidays.

Orders and inquiries submitted outside business hours will be processed on the next business day.


2. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).

  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM Pacific Time (PT) will begin processing the next business day.

  • Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

  • Orders are processed only after successful payment authorization and verification.

Same-day processing is not guaranteed.


3. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to:

  • Physical addresses within the contiguous United States only

We do not ship to:

  • Alaska

  • Hawaii

  • U.S. territories

  • International destinations

Certain products may not be eligible for shipment to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses due to carrier restrictions.


4. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

Orders ship via major U.S. carriers.

Estimated transit times after shipment:

  • Western U.S.: 5–8 business days

  • Central & Eastern U.S.: 3–5 business days

Total estimated delivery timeframe: 4–10 business days, depending on destination.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather events, peak shipping periods, or other operational factors outside our control may impact delivery timelines.

United States Stores LLC does not offer guaranteed overnight or 2-day delivery services.


5. Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before order confirmation. Promotional free shipping offers, when applicable, will be clearly stated at checkout.


6. Hazardous or Restricted Products

Certain products classified under carrier hazardous material regulations (including some alcohol-based or flammable items) may ship via ground transportation only and may require extended transit times.


7. Tracking & Notifications

Customers will receive:

  • An Order Confirmation email after purchase

  • A Shipping Confirmation email with tracking information once the order is dispatched

Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active.


8. Delivery Issues

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos of the product and packaging
